Grams and millilitres, with cups where they genuinely help. Baking is always by weight, because a cup of flour is not a fixed amount.
No. The nutrition chapter is general information about food and cooking. For anything about your own health, medication or a diagnosed condition, talk to a doctor or dietitian.
Cook them, adapt them, feed people with them. Copying the text or photos onto another site is not allowed, but a link is always welcome.
